What are the CAS number, HSN code and UN number of acetone?
Acetone is CAS 67-64-1, HSN 2914 11 00, and is transported as UN 1090, Class 3 flammable liquid, Packing Group II. Propanone, propan-2-one and dimethyl ketone are other names for the same substance.
Which grades of acetone do you supply?
Industrial and Technical grade, at 99.5% minimum assay (GC). The TDS we issue carries the manufacturer's published IS 170 : 2020 specification, including purity by GC of 99.70 wt% minimum. Match each figure to its own document, and ask for the batch Certificate of Analysis. We do not offer food grade, pharma grade, AR, LR or HPLC acetone.
What packaging does acetone come in?
200L MS barrels, 1000L IBC tanks and bulk road tankers. Our TDS also lists 160 kg MS drums, so confirm the exact drum size on your enquiry.
Do you manufacture acetone?
