Privacy Policy

Your data, handled with care.

This policy explains what information we collect when you contact Supreme Petro Chemicals, why we collect it, who processes it, and the rights you have over it. We keep this short and plain — no dark patterns, no hidden clauses.

01

What we collect

Most of what we collect is information you choose to give us. When you submit an enquiry, quote request, or document request, we may receive:

  • Nameso we know who we are replying to
  • Companyto understand the context of your requirement
  • Phone numberour primary way of responding to bulk enquiries
  • Email addressoptional — used only if you provide it
  • Product interestthe chemical or category you are asking about
  • Messagethe details of your requirement

We do not ask for, or want, any sensitive financial information, bank details, identity documents, or payment card numbers through this website.

Separately, when you simply browse this website — without submitting anything — we automatically record a small amount of visit-level information: which pages you view, roughly how you move between them, and coarse technical details (device type, browser, country). This is described fully in “Cookies & analytics” below. Nothing in this automatic collection identifies you unless you go on to submit an enquiry.

02

Why we use it

We use the information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and supply the chemicals or quotes you ask for. Specifically, to:

  • Reply to your message by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Prepare and send pricing or product information you requested.
  • Maintain a record of the enquiry so our team can follow up.

We never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Where we measure how visitors use this website (see “Cookies & analytics”), our legal basis is legitimate interest — understanding which pages help buyers find what they need and where they get stuck. We balance this against your privacy by collecting the minimum needed, keeping nothing that identifies you unless you submit an enquiry, and automatically honouring Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

03

Who processes it

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website and handle your enquiry. Each only receives the data needed for its function:

  • Web3FormsDelivers your enquiry to our inbox by email.
  • SupabaseSecurely stores enquiries and visit-analytics records so our team can track and respond to them.
  • VercelHosts the website, and runs our visit analytics and performance monitoring.

Where they're located

  • Supabase — Sydney, Australiastores enquiries and visit-analytics records
  • Vercel — United Stateshosts the website and runs the analytics pipeline

Because both sit outside the EU/UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (plus the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) as the safeguard for any EU/UK visitor data that reaches them. Copies are available on request.

04

Cookies & analytics

We run first-party visit analytics to understand which pages help buyers find what they need. This tracker stores nothing on your device — no cookie, no localStorage, no sessionStorage. That also means a reload or a new tab starts a new “visit” and we cannot tell it was you again. It automatically honours the Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals your browser may send — if either is set, nothing is measured for that visit.

Separately, two things on this site do store something on your device:

  • First-touch attribution (spc_attr_v1)A localStorage entry recording the referrer and campaign (UTM) details of your first visit to this site, kept for 30 days. It tells us how buyers originally found us.
  • Chat historyIf you use our chat widget, your conversation is kept in your browser so it persists if you come back to that feature.

Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights remain cookieless and measure only aggregate page performance and traffic.

We may, in future, enable marketing measurement pixels (such as Meta, LinkedIn, or Google) to understand which campaigns reach the right businesses. These are currently switched off. If we turn them on, this policy will be updated first.

05

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry records only as long as needed to serve you and maintain a reasonable business history of our correspondence. If you would like your enquiry record deleted, contact us and we will remove it.

Visit analytics follow a shorter, fixed schedule: raw visit records for 90 days, the pseudonymous IP hash used only for abuse detection for 48 hours, and aggregate, non-identifying counts (grouped so no group is smaller than 5 visits) kept indefinitely.

06

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data of yours we hold.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent for us to contact you.

To exercise any of these, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Our visit analytics do not identify you unless you send an enquiry. If you have, deleting your enquiry deletes the linked visit record too. If you have not, we hold no identifier that would let us find your data to act on a request.
