Coagulation comes first — destabilise the suspended colloids so they can agglomerate and settle out. PAC is the aluminium coagulant we stock, and it is a certified one: Grasim (Aditya Birla Group) AC100S powder to IS 15573:2018 — BIS-licensed and NSF/ANSI/CAN 60 certified for drinking water treatment.

Chlorine sources and oxidisers. Bleaching powder is calcium hypochlorite to IS 1065 (Part 1) carrying 30–35% available chlorine by mass; imported TCCA 90 granular carries 90% minimum available chlorine and is the pool and sanitation grade; hydrogen peroxide is the clean oxidiser, stocked at 35% and 50% w/w. Copper sulphate is the water-soluble copper source we list for water treatment and algaecide duty.

pH correction runs in both directions. Caustic soda flakes, 47% caustic soda lye and soda ash light raise pH and alkalinity; hydrochloric and sulphuric acid bring it back down. Packaging spans 25 kg bags and 35 kg carboys up to bulk road tanker, with a rubber-lined tanker for hydrochloric acid.

Hardness ions foul heat-transfer surfaces and membranes, so they are bound before they can deposit. SHMP is listed as a scale and corrosion inhibitor for industrial water treatment, STPP as a scale-control agent for ETP and cooling-water systems, and EDTA as the chelating agent that sequesters metal ions across the range.

Residual chlorine damages an RO membrane, so it is reduced out upstream. SMBS and sodium bisulphite are the two we list as reducing agents and oxygen scavengers for water and effluent treatment; sodium sulphite is the third sulphite on the shelf, stocked as anhydrous technical grade.
